Pousada Omnimare

Pousada Omnimare is conveniently located in the Itagua area, within walking distance of many great bars, restaurants, the Seaquarium and some malls. It is just 250 meters from Itagua Beach.

This Ubatuba Pousada has grown, but it still retains the special touches that only small businesses have. The owners are always around taking care of every detail and making guests feel welcome. Pousada Omnimare currently has 8 rooms and they will have more 6 new rooms in the end of 2010. The new building is stylish and elegant with comfortable rooms.

There is a nice pool, where guests love to relax after a day at the beach. Pousada Omnimare has a lovely area close to the pool with hammocks for guests to relax or read a good book. There is also a place for divers to wash and hang their equipment. The dive shop is a great place to buy new equipment, see pictures or DVDs, talk to the owners (who are scuba instructors), drink a tasty coffee and make new friends. This Ubatuba accommodation has an atmosphere designed to make guests feel at home.

At Pousada Omnimare, guests will find a friendly staff ready to arrange tours and give suggestions about what to see and do in this beautiful town.

Late check out policy:

Late check out is possible upon request and depends on availability with a small fee.

Policy on children staying with parents:

One child under 5 years old, in the same room as parents, is free.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations will be accepted with 90% of the deposit reimbursed, if 72 hours of notice is given before expected arrival.
- A fee will be charged for any bank transfer charges incurred during reimbursement.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount for room reservation.
- Your credit card will be used to guarantee your booking. Please review the cancellation policy carefully.

Minimum booking - (holidays):

- From January 22nd to 25th 2010- minimum 3 nights - (SP holiday)

- From Carnival celebration - minimum 5 nights - From February 12th to 17th 2010.

- From April 1st to 4th  2010- minimum 3 nights -( Easter )

- From April 30th to May 2nd 2010- minimum of 3 nights - (Labour day)

- From September 3rd to 7th 2010 - minimum 4 nights _ ( Independence Day)

- From October 8th to 12h 2010 - minimum 4 nights _ ( National holiday)

- From October 29th to November 2nd  2010 - minimum 4 nights _ ( National holiday)

- From November 12th to 15th - minimum of 3 nights - (National holiday)
