Pousada Alentejano I

This Ubatuba accommodation has a friendly and helpful staff that is one of the highlights of the place. This small hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and interesting landmarks and just a few meters away from the beautiful Itagua beach. On the beach you can walk appreciating the nice bay view, sit down in one of the beach bars while you sip a delicious Brazilian drink, have a nice meal in one of the many restaurants nearby or go shopping.

At Pousada Alentejano I, there is a nice swimming pool where you can relax after spending time at the beach and they also offer a kit to take to the beach, including a chair and a sunshade. A nice breakfast is also included everyday to help you start your journey full of energy. There's also a common TV area and a car parking for your convenience.

Late check out policy:
It depends on availability. Charges may be applicable.

Policy on children staying with parents:
One child under 5 years old staying in the same room as his parents is free.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled within 7 days, it will be charged 20% of total amount. Any change or cancellation communications have to be written through e-mail or faxed.

In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Minimum booking -  (holidays):

From October 9 to 12, 2009 - three nights (Children's day)

From October 30 to November 2^nd, 2009 - three nights

New Year's celebration - minimum 5 nights

Carnival 2010 - minimum  5 nights
